Admission Profile

  • Applicants must have completed a bachelor degree related to our expertise in optics, usually in physics, mathematics, engineering physics and engineering in electronics and telecommunications. They must show a natural scientific curiosity, analytical skills, multidisciplinary work adaptation, initiative, creativity, leadership, independence and social awareness. Knowledge and skills of applicants will enable them to develop research projects to solve basic or applied problems on the subject of their graduate work.

Graduate Profile

  • The essential requirements of the master student’s graduate profile are:
    a) the ability to perform original research,
    b) a good level of general knowledge in the discipline of optics
    c) a strong specialization in an area of great current interest
    d) the management of the theoretical tools (including computer) and experimental development of their research, and
    e) the ability to write articles (mostly in English), to report the findings at scientific meetings and to develop reports.


Ph.D.
